this piece looks like grids with a map of a city centre. he uses mixed media, which makes me think of using this idea to influence my work, by using the ephemera i have collected whilst travelling, tickets, maps, etc.

Hi Emily, this is good. I like it. It does remind me of the things you were doing.I think it's a good influence for you. Look for Cargaleiro on google images. Although he doesn't work that much with collages, his composition and color combination are explendid and can be of your interest.Another one that you might like is Vieira da Silva.
