The Chapman Brothers both graduated from the Royal College of Art in 1990. They have worked collaboratively ever since.
This image shows one of the Chapman Brothers McDonalds sculptures in the style of a piece of african art. I like their art as it is primarily designed to shock people and to get a reaction. They were in the short list for winning the turner prize in 2003 along with Grayson Perry.
The Chapman Brothers also bought some sketches by Goya at an auction and then worked over them to 'improve' them and then went on to put them in their own exibition passing them off as their own, which also caused a stir and a lot of criticism.
